Simply Heard provides conversation, companionship and shared-experience services for adults aged 18 and over.

Requests and confirmation

A submitted form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We check availability and reply with the exact available time within the preferred 1-hour slot where possible. A booking is confirmed only after Simply Heard communicates confirmation and the applicable next steps.

Service boundaries

Simply Heard is not therapy, counselling, medical care, dating, escort services or sexual services. Respectful behaviour is required. We may decline, end or refuse a service if conduct is unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexual, or otherwise inconsistent with these terms.

In-person services

In-person services are subject to availability, prior confirmation and the In-Person Safety Guidelines. Initial meetings should be in suitable public locations.

Age

Services are for adults aged 18 and over.
